Hi I started Healthy Trim last Friday and so far I don't see much difference. I did take two days off over the weekend because I was on a vacation and didn't think I would be eating great. I felt like the HT was making me feel sick when I ate more fatty foods. I lost one pound so far but really I wasn't eating perfect every day. The thing that I don't like is that it doesn't seem to be an appetite suppressant for me. I don't feel much different than when I'm not taking it. I will give it some more time and make sure to track my calories every day this week. You are doing great though and I'll keep checking your progress!
Hi Michelle! Thanks for the feedback! I know that with all diets available, they don't always work for everyone. Luckily for me, this has worked, but I know that I still have work to do!
I will say that when I first started, I tried to eat as healthy as possible- and sometimes that's easier for other people. When I started eating healthy again, I would feel over full. Not sick though. Are you sure that's not what it is?
I would try and do some calorie counting, and make sure you're drinking the water. Try not to break anymore for the solid month. If it still doesn't work, let us know!

ReplyDeleteso i started on tuesday [yeah.. after labor day] and started with 210.. i checked this morning [just the 4th day] and i was at 204.5 :] hell yes!
