I'm just wondering how many of you out there are counting your calories. If so, how do you do it? Do you carry a notebook? Do you keep track mentally? Or do you have a better way? I'm thinking about using my blackberry to keep better track, because mentally I only estimate unless I have a computer in front of me that I can look it up on.
Any suggestions on software programs?

I use a notebook but if you can use your blackberry that would be great. I have heard that Sparkpeople and The Daily Plate are great for this, you can google them.
