Here's a website for the week: Cook Yourself Thin!

Thank you to one reader for sharing this website! It's got a lot of great ideas for well balanced meals that are sure to keep you saying "yum"

I also love that it has you cook portion sized, rather than have to figure out portions after you've smelled it in the kitchen and gotten your mouth watering and wanting more!

  1. My favorite website is I get her emails everyday and have one of her cook books. (200 recipes under 200 calories) She takes all of our favorite yummy recipes and creates just as yummy low calorie versions.

  3. Hi, just found your blog. You might have addressed this in an earlier post so sorry if this is a repeat question. I took healthe trim for about 20 days and I did lose a few pounds. I am 5'6 and weigh 140 so I don't really have all that much weight to lose but I just felt I need a boost to lose those extra pounds that have creeped on in the last 5 years. My concern was that I had headaches while on Healthetrim. I may not have been drinking enough water and I also still continued to drink Diet Coke. Did you experiece headaches and if so, do you have any suggestions for preventing them?

  4. I just found your blog a couple of days ago because I was looking up Healthy Trim. I am going to be starting it next week. Do you just take the Healthy Trim or do you take that along with any of the other pills they offer? Congrats on the weight lose!
