Went for a walk!

We have been having gorgeous weather recently so I asked my husband to go on a walk with me. I can honestly say that I didn't feel the pain that I used to feel on walks 1/2 the distance! So I'm quite excited about that. Perhaps we'll walk a bit more often! The fresh air felt great!

    My favorite is the Turkey Mini Meatloaves. You prepare them in serving sizes, and it's extremely low in calories!!! And it's DELICIOUS!!!!

  3. I have been reading all your journal entries and have decided to order Healthy Trim. I have been struggling to lose 25 pounds because of my constant urge to eat. I am standing up in a wedding this December and do not want to feel uncomfortable and not enjoy myself.
    I have one question for you....do you take the pill on an empty stomach or are you supposed to eat something with it?
    Keep up the good work. I will definitely be checking in with you weekly.
