I feel great today!!

I went to the gym this morning and got a great cardio work out to start the day off well!

What's on the menu for today?
Breakfast:
-Bowl of Special K
-Special K Bar

Lunch:
-Grapefruit
-Egg Salad Sandwich (Lowfat Mayo!!)
-Corncakes

Dinner:
-Not so sure- perhaps home made spaghetti and meatballs :)

Weigh in on Sunday!

  1. Hi I just started healthy trim today. I have read that it better to take them with food to avoid stomache or nausea feeling. But it clearly says to take with water and then don't eat for 2-3 hours. I work in a busy office and I don't want to deal with any unpleasant side effects. I took one pill now with about 10 grapes and lots of water, I'll take the second pill later on. Then i guess I'll just take 2 in the a.m once I see how strong they are. My goal is to lose 15 lbs. I weigh 150 now. Any tips would be great. Thanks!

  3. Anonymous: Good luck! I hope that you are able to reach your goal of 15lbs. I think you should be fine if you take it with only a little food. I take it with grapefruit and still notice good results :) Please keep us updated!
