The Gym This Past Week....

I'm proud to say that I woke up at 5am for the past week and have gone to the gym each day! It made me a bit hungrier throughout the day (even with the Healthy Trim) But I made sure to eat healthy foods and I can't wait for tomorrow's weigh in!

I'm a bit nervous because I know muscle weighs more than fat- so if I gained any muscle in the fat loss, I might not lose anything-but I know that I went to the gym and I know that I worked hard- so I feel good about it!

How is everyone doing at the gym?


  1. I am thinking about going on Healthy Trim..I used to be 130 and am now up to 170! I have never been this heavy in my life! I have tried everything from Ali to Phentaramine. I have no will power to cut out the food I need to! I am a type 1 diabetic and need to lose this weight! Should I attempt this??

    As I drove to work this morning, I heard a commercial for Healthy Trim, and I was intrigued. I Googled it and I came across your blog, so here I am.

    How tall are you?

    I'm 5'11" and about 240#, but I haven't weighed myself lately, and I'm feeling realllllly fat & gross. Add to that the fact that I'm single, and can't attract a man (I'm on several dating sites) to save my life. So my self esteem is at an all time low.

    I had some minor surgery back in early January and I'm not allowed to exercise for two more weeks (2/17). I'm thinking about making the investment in HT to make the most of my weight loss efforts.

    I'm 5'8" and around 220 now :) I've been able to lose some weight with HealthyTrim and I love the way HealthyTrim makes me feel. I Hope that it works for you!
