Food to Love:Fajita Salad

I had a really great Fajita salad today. Instead of ranch dressing (which can be really really high in calories- so be careful :) ) I mixed reduced fat sour cream with salsa. It had just enough kick with my chicken and hard boiled egg on my salad.

So what's in it:
-Romaine Lettuce
-Corn
-Black beans
-Chicken
-Hard boiled eggs
-Tomato
-Salsa/Sour Cream dressing

VERY yummy and not too many calories!

So great and refreshing!

  1. Hi! I have been taking Healthy Trim for a few days now and I am terrified of stepping on the scale! haha I want to feel the results instead of see them there.

    Anyway, I thought I would give you a tip as you give us tips!
    I see you used fat free sour cream. Have you ever tried Fage Greek Yogurt? They have one that is fat free that I LOVE to use instead of FF sour cream or FF mayo. I don't like the FF taste of sour cream and mayo, but the greek yogurt is AWESOME! It is thicker than most yogurts so it makes a good base for dressings, dips, etc.
