Healthy Trim Results

It's different for everyone. With a new year, I think there might be some new followers, so I thought I would tell you all a little bit more about me, and it might be new to some of the old followers as well.

I am overweight by all health standards. It is evenly distributed, but it still makes me feel terrible about myself. It makes me break down into tears in fitting rooms, and I haven't bought new clothes in I can't remember how long.

Last year I started taking Healthy Trim and found that I was having FABULOUS results. I felt great, and was so happy with how I looked. I was even confident in a dress at one point.

I decided to stop the Healthy Trim to see if I had yet gained the will power to do the rest on my own. I stopped for 2 months and I regret that now- especially over the holidays with all of that yummy food!

Here I am, starting again. I might up the "dosage" for the first few weeks. I want to see major results!

I also love to hear from my readers, it gives me inspiration and can hold people accountable to theirs if they have people cheering them on, like myself- I am wishing the best for all of you as well! I would love feedback from you, what you'd like to hear about, how you're doing, recipes you love, etc.

Good luck to all of you!

  1. Hi. I found your blog late last year and read your entries and was encouraged by them. I've been wanting to buy a bottle and I just... haven't. I've spent so much money on pills and diets and fads in the past. I just don't want to plunk down another $50 on something that won't work. Again. I was so happy to see your blog pop up in my reader... it reminded me that it seems to be working *someone* and maybe I should give it a try. I'm at the point where I can't even mention diet... It automatically makes me want to give up.

  2. You can do a 30 day trial and return it for your money back if it doesn't work. That might be helpful? I'm not a salesperson for the stuff, so I don't want to tell you it will definitely work for you, but maybe it's worth a shot? For me, it was just the jump start I needed.

    Thanks for the welcome back!

  5. Ohh I just don't know if I can spare the $ for the pills... but seeing what you say about helps me think about it and about my weight more (wh/ is a good thing I need to think about it)

sucks that it did not worked out being off them, but maybe it was just the holidays. part of me thinks that if I only needed a few "jump start" bottles I could swing the cost, but if it's something I have to do every month, man I have two kids and I know they need stuff way more than I need diet pills
