Work Out Goals

I have not been meeting them! I need to get my arse to the gym! So- I'm going today. No ifs, ands or buts!

Do you belong to a gym, or do you work out at home? Do you have any at home routines you'd like to share? I just bought a yoga mat, so I might try to download the free video that comes with it.


  1. I belong to LA Fitness. I find that it is a whole lot easier to go with a buddy rather than by myself. My boyfriend and I were going regularly for like 2 or 3 weeks until some circumstances changed and I haven't been able to drag myself to go since...that was like 6 weeks ago.

  2. Did you meet anyone at the gym that you think you could work out with? I've actually found that I go to the gym more when my husband goes with me too. So maybe you just need to find a new buddy?

    I also physically schedule it into my day- hoping that gives a bit more motivation!

    Good luck in getting back to the gym! You can do it! Take baby steps. Pack a bag and go straight from work- when I get home after work, the last thing I want to do is go out, so I've been trying to go "on the way home" It's worked a few times:)
