  1. I started taking it a few days ago and I'll be honest it hasn't helped at all with fighting hunger/feeling full. I'm taking 2 in the AM and then 1 after lunch. I'm super hungry around 11AM and then again before dinner.

Besides having to pee all the time because of all the water, I feel no different.

So far I'm pretty disappointed with it.

  2. Thanks for the feedback! Do you mind answering a few questions?

    1. What is your current weight? What is your target weight?

    2. What is considered "Morning" for you?

    3. Have you been drinking all the water? I seriously would go through almost a gallon before lunch.

    4. What kind of food are you eating? Have you tried to keep it healtier/more natural?

I've also become a fan of jolly ranchers- If I do feel hungry, I usually have one of those, another glass of water, and I feel full again.

Make sure that when you do eat, you're eating enough. If you don't get your bodie's minimum required calories, no amount of caffiene and supplement will keep you awake and away from the food. I'll post on this! It's something I really try to follow!

  3. I started on August 24th, and I'm already down about three pounds. It's hard not to drink anything fun, but I'm definately not as hungry. I haven't been following the plan exactly, I've eaten something small in the morning (1/4 bagel at 6am) and then taken 2 pills at 7am and not eaten anything until 11 or noon. I'm not as hungry for sure.

About a year ago, I went from 120 lbs to 145 lbs in a few short months. I'm just trying to get back to a comfortable size 6-8, especially before jeans season. I'm 32, I work full time & I have a 5 year old. I guess my goal is 130.

I'm still a little skeptical, because I've been able to get 3 or 4 pounds off, but it usually comes right back. It's great to hear how others are doing.

  4. 1. I am 160 lbs and 5'5". I'd like to get back down to 130. (blaming my 2 kids)
    2. I wake up at 6AM and get ready/go to work. I eat a bowl of cereal around 8:15 when I get to work and then take the first 2 pills. I don't have time to eat before I leave the house so I just eat when I get in the office. And I have to eat in the morning - have always been like this. I've heard it's okay to eat in the AM before taking the pills.
    3. I'm drinking the 8-10 glasses they call for
    4. I normally try to eat kinda healthy - my issue is portion sizes.

I just think it's strange that I don't feel any different. I've read so much from people saying they felt different taking the pills. I feel nothing.

  5. Hi Mia! Thank you so much for sharing your progress with all of us!

I love that you're still eating something small before taking the first Healthy Trim capsule! I know that it's always been known that breakfast is an important meal! Have you thought about substituting the high carb 1/4 bagel with something like 1/2 a grape fruit? Just a thought- Grapefruit is known to get your metabolism going. If I wake up hungry/knowing I need something- I go for fresh fruit:) Under 100 calories, but enough to get things in motion for the day!

Are you eating Full meals or are you going for smaller snack sized meals for lunch?

One tip for you- It can get really discouraging to weigh yourself more than once a week. I suggest setting weekly goals and then checking in at the end of the week. I know with my body I can fluctuate +/- 3 lbs a day! So I'm more proud when I get to the end of the week and see a change of over that amount:) Just something to think about.

I think it's totally normal to be skeptical (I Still am) Part of me writes this blog to hear from all of you on how Healthy Trim is working for you! I love getting the feedback. Keep up the great work!

  6. Hey Anonymous!

Thank you for responding and sharing your weight and goals with us- Sometimes just writing it down can be even more of a motivation (Welcome to this blog :) )

I suggest setting shorter goals for yourself, not just weight goals. For me, I have an overall target which is over 80lbs down from what I am now, but I broke it into 15 lbs goal in the first month 40 by Christmas and then 80 within the year- makes it feel more attainable, and makes me feel better about the small (5lbs/week) accomplishments I'm making as I go.

I know kids can keep you running around: I suggest using it to your advantage! If they need to run around, take them out to run around, and run around with them! (If you've got the time) I also suggest not eating their food. I know it can be so tempting to have some of their mac and cheese for dinner rather than preparing yourself a meal, but it's important that you eat as healthy for yourself!

Portion size used to be one of my biggest problems. I would make a large amount, eat my first serving, and leave it on the stove. Then afterwards, I would come back and have a little more, because it was there. I'll start a post on ways I cut down on serving sizes and see if we can't get some other great ideas too!

Thanks for sharing, and I hope that you don't get discouraged!
